No experience needed — and you don’t have to be a strong swimmer.
Just bring your curiosity. From getting on the board to paddling, turning, and safe fall recovery, we’ll guide you step by step so your first SUP session at Sun Moon Lake feels easy and enjoyable.

Our Process
預定/體驗 流程
1. 預約與確認
在預約完成後,我們會協助你確認日期、時段、人數與當日安排,讓你在出發前就清楚知道集合資訊與體驗內容。
Booking & Confirmation
Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll help you finalize the date, time slot, group size, and session details, so you know exactly where to meet and what to expect before arrival.
2. 集合報到
抵達指定地點後,我們會先協助報到,確認裝備尺寸與基本需求,並讓你熟悉當天的活動流程。
Meet-Up & Check-In
When you arrive at the meeting point, we’ll check you in, prepare your gear, and walk you through the session plan.
3. 岸上教學
在下水之前,教練會先進行簡單清楚的岸上教學,包含握槳方式、站姿、平衡技巧與安全說明,讓新手也能安心開始。
On-Land Instruction
Before getting on the water, your instructor will guide you through the basics—how to hold the paddle, how to stand, how to balance, and important safety tips—so even first-timers can begin with confidence.
4. 下水體驗
準備完成後,我們會一起下水,從最基礎的練習開始,慢慢熟悉划行的節奏、身體的平衡,以及在湖面上自由移動的感覺。
On-Water Experience
Once you’re ready, we head onto the lake and begin with simple practice. Step by step, you’ll get used to paddling, balancing, and moving freely on the water.
